AURUM in the News makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all archive records are accurate at the time of publication. When errors are identified — whether by our team, by original publishers, or by visitors — we address them promptly and transparently.
Types of Corrections
Factual Errors
If an archive record contains a factual error — such as an incorrect date, source name, or headline — the record will be corrected and the correction will be noted where appropriate.
Broken or Removed Source Links
If an original source URL becomes unavailable, we will attempt to locate an archived version of the content. If no archived version is available, the record will be updated to reflect that the original source is no longer accessible.
Publisher Corrections
If an original publisher issues a correction or retraction, we will update the archive record to reflect the corrected information and note the original publisher's correction.
Removal Requests
If an original publisher requests removal of a linked item, we will review the request and remove the archive record if appropriate. Removal requests from parties other than the original publisher are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To report an error or request a correction, please contact us using the form on our Contact page. Please include the URL of the archive record, a description of the error, and any supporting information that would help us verify the correction.
We aim to review correction requests within five business days.
